Welcome to Snapdragon Studios! Located in the heart of Las Vegas at the Holsum Lofts, Snapdragon Studios is your new favorite creative space — designed by quilters, for quilters! Our spacious 2,000 sq ft studio is available for private rentals, group events, retreats, and open sew days. Our space includes: ✨ Sturdy, comfortable tables — 4' x 30" of dedicated workspace per person ✨ Bright, even lighting perfect for detailed work ✨ Fully equipped cutting and ironing stations ✨ Notions, fabrics, patterns, and kits available for purchase ✨ Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot for your convenience ✨ Drinks and snacks available for purchase ✨ FREE onsite parking for you and your guests ✨ 2,000 square feet of space — seats up to 32 sewists comfortably! ✨ Walking distance to amazing local favorites like Makers & Finders, Bungalow Coffee, the Arts District shops, and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets Studio Rental (Private Group) $85/hour (3-hour minimum) → minimum booking = $255 8-hour full day rental: $600 (save $80) We proudly support community and nonprofit events with special pricing — contact us to learn more Multi-Day Rental Pricing 1 day (up to 8 hours): $600 (save $80) 2 consecutive days: $1,100 (save $180) 3 consecutive days: $1,500 (save $380) Optional Add-Ons Machine rental: $10–$15 per machine Instructor(s) Classroom supplies (cutting mats, rotary cutters, irons) included in base price Special Event Pricing (private retreats, birthdays, team buildings) Custom quotes starting around $750+ for a full-day, $400 for a half-day, includes a sewing instructor for a project that fits your event. Rental FAQ Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks? A: Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We have a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience, and we also offer snacks and drinks for purchase at the studio. Q: How early can we set up for our event? A: Our setup hours are very flexible. You can arrive early to get everything arranged, whether you’re hosting a class, retreat, or group event. Q: Is there Wi-Fi at the studio? A: Yes, we provide FREE high-speed Wi-Fi for all our guests. Q: Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations? A: Yes! We proudly support community and non-profit events. Please contact us to inquire about special pricing. Q: Is parking available at the studio? A: Absolutely! We offer FREE onsite parking for all renters and their guests.
Cancellation Policy
Snapdragon Studios Booking Policies 1. Booking & Reservations To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 7 days before your rental date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged 50% of the total rental fee. No-shows will forfeit the full rental fee. 2. Rental Hours Studio rentals are available in 3-hour minimum increments. Early setup is available as long as it is coordinated with us ahead of time. Additional fees may apply for early access beyond 1 hour before your event. Extended hours may be available — please inquire for availability and pricing. 3. Non-Profit & Discounted Rates Special pricing is available for non-profit organizations and community groups. Please contact us to discuss eligibility and pricing. A valid 501(c)(3) certificate may be required. Discount rates are not valid on weekends or holidays, unless agreed upon prior to booking. 4. Equipment & Supplies Our studio is equipped with cutting stations, ironing stations, sewing tables, and more for your convenience. Additional equipment (such as sewing machines, projectors, etc.) can be rented for an additional fee. Renters are responsible for any equipment damage or loss. A damage deposit may be requested. 5. Food & Drink Renters are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase on-site. If your event includes catered food, please coordinate ahead of time for space arrangements. 6. Behavior & Responsibility Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for ensuring the space is used in accordance with our studio guidelines. Renters are also responsible for cleaning up after their event. Our studio includes a cleaning station, and we ask that you leave the space in the same condition it was provided. Renters must ensure that the studio is vacated by the end of the rental period. Additional time will incur additional charges at the standard hourly rate. 7. Parking Free parking is available for renters and their guests. Please inform your group to park in designated areas to avoid any potential parking violations. 8. Liability Renters are responsible for the safety and well-being of their guests during the rental period.
