The Pamela Mae quilt is truly one of a kind. While its construction may look intimidating at first glance, you’ll be surprised at just how achievable it is — even if you’ve never sewn a curve before! At this retreat, we’ll start small, creating smooth, beautiful curves with the help of freezer paper and a touch of Elmer’s Glue. Once you’ve mastered those techniques, we’ll take it a step further and “think beyond the block” as we piece in the bold, sweeping large curves that give this quilt its stunning movement.

New to curves? No problem! If you come with an open mind and a willingness to try, you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to make this unique design your own.

The Pamela Mae can be made in a variety of styles — go bold and modern with rich solids, or embrace a playful, eclectic look with prints, like the cover quilt sewn in Tula Pink’s Tabby Road Deja Vu. Whichever direction you choose, you’ll create a quilt that’s every bit as special as the memories you’ll make during this retreat.
