Las Vegas welcomed 38.5 million visitors in 2025—and it’s easy to see why. From incredible dining and world-class entertainment to major sporting events, Vegas truly has it all. We’re home to champions like the Las Vegas Aces and Vegas Golden Knights, along with the Las Vegas Raiders, the Las Vegas Aviators, and soon, the Oakland Athletics. Golfers will also find no shortage of incredible courses, including LPGA and PGA tour stops.
But here’s something many visitors don’t realize—Las Vegas is also a quilting destination.
We have an amazing community of quilt shops and events, and I’m thrilled to share that Snapdragon Quilting is now part of it. If you’re planning a visit, this guide will help you make the most of your quilting adventure (with a map at the end so you won’t miss a thing!).

Our classroom is designed with quilters in mind, featuring large sturdy work tables, comfortable chairs, design walls, Oliso ironing stations, and a spacious height-adjustable cutting table. Prefer handwork? We’ve created a cozy space just for that, too.

Sewcation by SewBestie (July)
Held at South Point Hotel Casino & Spa, this multi-day event brings quilters together for classes, sewing time, and connection. I’ll be teaching there again this year!
